Hire of our Function Hall
Our main hall holds up to
250 people (160 seated at tables) and has a large stage with lighting, sound and large projection
screen, a good sized dance floor and access to the garden area.
The hall is fully accessible by wheelchair users and has separate toilets for the disabled.
The prices are reduced for for HEC members and the main hall
can be hired from 11:00 until 19:00 and from 19:00 until closing time for members private functions. Other times
may be available by arrangement.
The Millenium Bar
The
Millennium Bar is within the main hall and is well
stocked with real ales, ciders, wines, spirits, lagers,
cocktails, and, of course, non-alcoholic soft drinks.
This is an ideal venue
for engagements, weddings, christenings, birthdays, family celebrations, charity
or group functions and meetings.
Conference Room
Our Conference Room is available for hire to
both members and non-members. Seating 12 around a large table, with ample power
sockets, wall space for posters and it's own external access door, this venue is ideal for small
business conferences without distractions or interruption.
